Vienna’s Accommodation Statistics: Current Figures 

The number of hotels, guesthouses and apartments in Vienna is surveyed once a year and available in fall. The current figures include all existing establishments and beds in the period from November 2024 to October 2025 and form the basis for forecasts on the market development of new hotel projects in Vienna.

New Hotels 2025

So far this year, at least seven new establishments have opened, adding approximately 1,550 guest beds to Vienna’s accommodation supply. Six of these properties — accounting for around 1,300 beds — belong to the four-star segment.
