The Art of Endurance: Vienna's 15K

Vienna is a powerhouse of culture – home to over 100 museums and thousands of artworks waiting to be discovered. Vienna Tourist Board has symbolically measured Vienna's art and turned it into a sporting challenge: lined up side by side, the works of art exhibited in Vienna's largest museums cover a distance of around 15 kilometers. This is the distance that sports enthusiasts in the UK should cover on Strava in “The Art of Endurance: Vienna's 15K Challenge.” Participants were also invited to transform their running route into a Vienna-inspired work of art, combining exercise with creativity. The prize is an exclusive trip to Vienna for two people next year. An impressive total of 77,415 sports enthusiasts took part in the three-week challenge.
