The supervisory board (Tourismuskommission) determines the basic guidelines for the board‘s work and its budget, and consists of the president and 17 other members: 14 of them are appointed by the government of Vienna, and one each by the Vienna Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Vienna Chamber of Labour, and the Vienna Chamber of Agriculture.
