And this is how it works for Microsoft Teams:

1. Select your favorite Vienna backgrounds and download them really easily to your PC or smartphone.
2. If you use a PC, copy the image you'd like to use to this folder: C:\[enter the user name of your device here]\AppData\Microsoft\Teams\Backgrounds\Uploads
3. If you use a Mac, copy the images to this folder on your computer: /users/<username>/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams/Backgrounds/Uploads
4. As soon as you start a team meeting, click on the "..." in the menu bar and select "Show background effects". Your image should appear there.
5. And the Vienna meeting can start.

And this is how it works for Zoom:

1. Select your favorite Vienna backgrounds and download them really easily to your PC or smartphone.
2. Open the Zoom app (you have to download the app to be able to access backgrounds) and click on the arrow on the right next to the icon of your video camera at the bottom of the screen.
3. Choose "select virtual background" here to upload your new Vienna background.
4. And the Vienna meeting can start.
