Les 16 enfants de l’impératrice Marie Thérèse déjà partaient en expédition dans le château de Schönbrunn aujourd’hui âgé de 300 ans. De nos jours, le musée pour enfants « Découvrir le château de Schönbrunn » plonge petits et grands dans la vie quotidienne d’antan.

Option B: Le Jardin zoologique de Schönbrunn
Fier de ses quelque 250 ans, ce zoo le plus ancien au monde est devenu au cours des dernières décennies l'un des parcs zoologiques les plus modernes au monde et même, de l’avis de nombreux amis des animaux, le plus beau.
Dîner au MuseumsQuartier
Le MuseumsQuartier Wien (MQ) compte parmi les plus grands centres culturels au monde. Situé dans les anciennes écuries de la cour impériale, en bordure du centre ancien, il accueille sur 60 000 m2 des lieux dédiés aux arts les plus divers, des restaurants, des cafés et des boutiques ; il se présente comme une mosaïque postmoderne de bâtiments baroques et d’architecture contemporaine.
Dîner au Glacis Beisl ou au Kantine. Pour terminer la journée : Vous trouverez soleil, sable et ambiance de vacances, bons petits plats et boissons fraîches au Strandbar Hermann sur le Canal du Danube.
Jour 3 matin
Les meilleurs musées pour les enfants
Outre les Frankfurter, les Käsekrainer, les Bratwürste grillées ou les hot-dogs, les stands à saucisses chaudes de la ville (petits kiosques édifiés en général sur les trottoirs) proposent une foule de préparations culinaires inattendues ainsi qu’une quantité impressionnante de boissons, qui vont du soda à la framboise aux spécialités de bières. Nous vous recommandons le stand à saucisses Bitzinger près de l’Albertina.
Jour 3 après midi
Partez à la découverte des vignobles idylliques de Vienne en Vienna Heurigen Express. Ce circuit vous fera traverser de pittoresques villages viticoles, longer de magnifiques vignobles et apercevoir de vieilles maisons de vignerons. À la fin du circuit, vous ferez l’expérience d’un véritable Heuriger viennois.

Weinbau-Heuriger Kierlinger: Le devise de ce lieu est « ressentir l’authenticité » – ici, on tient à préserver originalité et convivialité typiques, dans la terrasse-jardin située dans l’idyllique cour intérieure, avec ses très vieux tilleuls et châtaigniers, mais aussi dans l’établissement lui même, rustique à souhait.
Domaine viticole Weingut Mayer sur la Pfarrplatz: La « Maison Beethoven » a hébergé le grand compositeur pendant un certain temps . Les salles conviviales et la cour intérieure avec ses vignes vierges sont des endroits parfaits où déguster plats traditionnels et spécialités de saison.
