If you need advertising material, order it online straight away and we'll send it out to you. Please note that we are unable to send any advertising materials within Vienna for logistical/budgetary reasons. You are welcome to collect the requested advertising resources from our dispatch department:

NB: All orders received with a delivery address in Vienna will automatically be set aside for collection.

You will still be able to pick up free Vienna Tourist Board advertising materials and brochures from this new address: Please go to dispatch on the 5th floor (weekdays 8:00 – 12:00). Until a loading zone has been established, you will be given 1 hour's free parking in the WIEN MITTE garage.

Please take a parking ticket as you enter the garage, and the dispatch department will provide you with a ticket allowing you to exit the garage free of charge within an hour of your arrival.

As we are not able to store large quantities in the new office, please call in advance to agree a pick up time – Ph: +43-1-211 14-680 (weekdays 8:00 – 16:00).

We will inform you if the quantities you require are available at the office in the Invalidenstrasse, or whether they need to be collected from our central storage in the Faradaygasse 6, 1030 Vienna.
