The Brand Management and B2C Marketing section is responsible for strategic and operational management of the Vienna brand and the worldwide B2C communication of Vienna as a destination in the form of integrated campaigns. The entire social media communication and strategy as well as the technical development of the digital channels, such as the website and apps, also fall under the remit of the Brand Management and Communication section. Moreover, the central image and video management service resides in the Brand Management and Communication section. In addition, the department is responsible for the handling of print productions of the Vienna Tourist Board.
