Tour 1: From Schwedenplatz to Billy Wilder

Our series of virtual Vienna Walks starts at Schwedenplatz. This walk will teach you more about Viennese history. The tour offers you a short summary of Vienna’s past, an exploration of Schwedenplatz, the Greek Quarter , and the Fleischmarkt, anecdotes about Julius Meinl I, and the chance to find out how Billy Wilder fell in love with Vienna.
Tour 2: Film in Vienna

This tour is all about films. Starting at the Metro Kino, you’ll discover everything about Vienna as a film location, its film tradition, historical figures, and contemporary actors. The tour takes you along the Kärntner Strasse to the Hotel Astoria, via Helmut-Zilk-Platz to the Film Museum, and ends on the Albertina Plateau, the scene of indie filmmaking’s most beautiful love story.
Tour 3: From the Vienna State Opera to the Hofburg

Beginning with a short introduction to Vienna’s musical history, this tour takes you from the Vienna State Opera to the Cafe Mozart, on to the Palais Lobkowitz, and then to one of Vienna’s most beautiful squares. You’ll also visit the Stallburg and discover what links Sisi and Franz to a solarium with integrated hairdryer. The tour ends with a panoramic view of Michaeler Platz.
Tour 4: Coburg to the Academic Gymnasium

This tour shows you the Palais Coburg as it once was and is today, teaches you the history of the Ringstrasse and the Wienfluss river, walks you to the Kursalon and the Beethoven monument, and ends at Vienna's own Hogwarts, with a view of the Belvedere.
Tour 5: Belvedere — one of Austria’s most beautiful palaces

Tour 5 tells you everything about the history and architecture of the Lower Belvedere, reveals the life history of Prince Eugen and shares anecdotes about him, and then leads you through the Alpine Garden to the Upper Belvedere.
