Vienna Media News 11/2014 Viennese designer fashion now available to hire direct from hotels

Ever dreamed of wearing the latest fashion labels without having to commit to a purchase? This luxury is now available to visitors to the Austrian capital thanks to a new hire service. Moiree offers fashion-conscious guests staying in the city’s top hotels an innovative fashion rental scheme. The Park Hyatt Vienna, The Guesthouse Vienna, and DO & CO Hotel Vienna in the historic city centre, as well as the Hotel Altstadt Vienna in the seventh district have all signed up to the scheme, with other partners set to follow suit in the coming weeks and months. Guests staying in these hotels can order outfits and accessories from internationally-acclaimed Viennese designers when making their reservation, to wear as their own for the duration of their stay.

The range offers items by various local labels including Femme Maison, Bradaric Ohmae, GON, FLorian Jewelry, Klaus Mühlbauer and Ajla Ayidan. If ordered in advance, the beautifully packed items will be waiting for the guests in their room complete with a personal message. Visitors can also order additional pieces during their stay for priority delivery to their room using the Moiree website. In the event of sizing discrepancies, a replacement garments will be sent at no extra charge. The service is currently restricted to ladies’ fashion. The rental fee amounts to around 15 percent of the purchase price per day. And if an outfit or accessory really strikes the right note, items can be purchased at any time.
