Schönbrunn Zoo in Vienna is offering virtual ‘zoo trips’ on various platforms while it is closed due to the coronavirus.

Short clips of female polar bear cub Finja and baby bull elephant Kibali can be seen on Instagram. The zoo has also uploaded photos and videos of exotic butterflies to show people how they can look after native butterflies at home.

The final resting place of the Habsburg rulers can also be explored in an online tour. Visitors to https://www.kapuzinergruft.com/site/de/diegruft can navigate the Imperial Burial Vault and find out everything they need to know about the people buried there.
